1 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice

In a bowl, combine rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.

Add lemon juice to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a batter.

Coat the cleaned prawns in the batter, ensuring they are evenly covered.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated prawns in batches, avoiding overcrowding the pan.
