1/2 Potato (boiled)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp All Purpose Flour

2 Onions (chopped)
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
2 tsp Cashew Nut (chopped)
3 Tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup Vegetable Stock
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder

Prepare the kofta mixture by mashing the boiled potato and mixing it with tofu, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, and all-purpose flour.

Shape the mixture into balls and grease with oil.

Fry the kofta balls until golden brown.

For the masala, heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilli until golden.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Stir in chopped cashew nuts and vegetable stock, and simmer.

For the creamy gravy, add oil, dried fenugreek leaves, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, and salt to the masala mixture.

Combine the fried kofta with the gravy and serve.
