1 cup fresh coriander leaves
2 green chillies
2 tablespoons tamarind pulp
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon chaat masala
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups cold water
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup boondi
1 cup crushed ice

Wash mint and coriander thoroughly.

Blend mint, coriander, green chillies and tamarind pulp into a smooth paste.

Strain mixture for smooth texture (optional).

Mix well and add cold water to adjust consistency.
