Malai Kofta

Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 2 Tsp
Water
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
Fresh Cream - 1/4 Cup
Boiled Potato - 2 Nos
Paneer - 200 Gms
Salt To Taste
Green Chili - 2 Nos Chopped
Coriander Leaves
Corn Flour - 1 Tsp
Chopped Cashew Nuts & Raisin

Heat a pan with some oil and butter, add the whole spices.

Fry them till they release the aroma.

Add onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic and saute them.

Add tomatoes, cashew nuts and saute till they are cooked.

Add salt, sugar, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and saute.

Cook for 5 mins.

After everything is cooked, let the mixture come to room temperature.

Grind them to a smooth paste by adding some water.

Heat the same pan with some butter, add the pureed gravy into it.

Bring it to a boil.

Add garam masala, fresh cream, coriander leaves, and kasuri methi.

Mix everything well.

Set the gravy aside.

Take a bowl, add paneer, boiled potatoes, add green chilies, salt, coriander leaves and mash well.

Add corn flour and mix well.

Take a small portion of the mixture, fill it with raisins and chopped cashews.

Make it into round balls and set aside.

Heat some oil for deep frying.

Deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown in color.

To assemble the malai kofta, place the kofta balls in a plate, and pour the hot gravy over it just 5-10 mins before serving.
