1&1/2 ltr cup Milk
1/2 cup Ghee
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Pistachios (sliced)

Prep the almonds by soaking and peeling them.

Roast the wheat flour in ghee.

Grind the peeled almonds.

In a pan, combine milk, ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron to make the halwa.

Garnish with sliced almonds, pistachios, and additional saffron.

Plate the halwa and add silver foil.
