Badam Halwa

3/4 cup jaggery
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Add jaggery and water to a pan and melt them together.

Once the jaggery is melted, cool down and sieve the syrup if needed.

When the jaggery is completely dissolved, add almond powder and mix well.

Keep cooking on medium flame until the mixture thickens, then add ghee and cardamom powder.

To thicken, it takes only 2 minutes.
