1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup water
Oil for deep frying
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.

Dip each broccoli floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated broccoli florets in batches.
