Broccoli 65

Green chili - to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Mix herbs - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - a little
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying

Cut the broccoli into florets.

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper powder, garam masala, mix herbs, and salt.

Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chili to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Coat the broccoli florets with the prepared batter.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated broccoli florets to the oil.

Fry until the broccoli is golden and crispy.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
