¼ Tspoon Pepper powder
½ Tspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ Tspoon Garam masala
Salt
½ Tspoon Ginger paste
½ Tspoon Garlic paste
1 Tspoon Green chilli paste
1 Tablespoon Chopped curry leaves
2 Tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
½ Tspoon Chat masala / amchur powder
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
200 grams Broccoli

Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into bite-sized florets.

In a mixing bowl, combine cornflour, maida, rice flour, pepper powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, chat masala, and lemon juice to the dry ingredients.

Mix well to form a batter, adding water if necessary to achieve the right consistency.

Coat the broccoli florets in the batter until evenly covered.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated broccoli florets in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried broccoli and place it on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot as a tea time snack.
