3 tbsp curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp aromat powder
3 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
500 gm blanched broccoli
1/2 cup water
oil for frying
3 tbsp oil (for tadka)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
5 green chillies
curry leaves
3 whole red chillies
salt to taste
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp aromat powder

In a bowl, mix curd, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli paste, cumin powder, aromat powder, all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, salt, lemon juice, and water to create a batter.

Add the blanched broccoli into the batter and coat well.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the coated broccoli into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried broccoli and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

In a separate pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil for tadka.

Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and curry leaves, sautéing until fragrant.

Add the fried broccoli to the tadka, followed by crushed black pepper, aromat powder, and salt to taste.

Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
