3 tsp rice flour
3 tsp gram flour
2 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp any masala
4 tsp lemon juice

1. Cut the broccoli into florets.

2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, ginger, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, any masala, and salt.

3. Add lemon juice to the mixture and stir to form a batter.

4. Coat the broccoli florets with the batter.

5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

6. Deep fry the coated broccoli florets until golden brown and crispy.
