1 cup water

1/4 cup ghee

Peel the soaked almonds and blend them into a fine paste with 1 cup of milk.

In a 12-inch skillet, heat 1/4 cup of ghee on low flame.

Add the almond paste to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until it thickens.

Pour in 1 cup of water and stir well.

Add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix until it dissolves completely.

Cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the skillet.

Finally, add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well before serving.
