Prepare the Frankie dough by mixing wheat flour, plain flour, salt, oil, and water to form a dough. Let it rest.

For the vinegar chilli sauce, combine vinegar, chopped green chilli, and salt in a bowl.

In a pan, heat oil and add ginger chilli paste, followed by boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, homemade maggi masala, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook until well combined.

Roll out the Frankie dough and cook on a hot skillet until lightly browned.

Assemble the Frankie by spreading the filling on the cooked dough, adding shredded cabbage, carrot julienne, green capsicum, maggi masala chilli sauce, chilli vinegar sauce, chaat masala, eggless mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, and processed cheese. Roll it up and serve.
