2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and scallops)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup peas and carrots (frozen or fresh)
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until they are opaque and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
