3 sprigs fresh Thyme
2 Tomatoes (diced)
1 1/2 tbsp Chief Curry Powder (or one you prefer)
1 tsp Chief Duck & Goat Curry Powder (optional)
1 tsp Tumeric Powder
1 cup hot water (to make gravy/sauce)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
1 Maggi cube or any seasoning salt you prefer
