Soy sauce
Barbecue sauce
Worcestershire sauce

Wash and clean the chicken.

Season the chicken with Kinder's The Blend, Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, Cherries Pork and Poultry seasoning, paprika, Trinidad green seasoning, and Camilla's Kitchen pepper sauce.

Make sure the chicken is well seasoned.

Place the chicken in a pot and steam it for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in, cooking it halfway through.

After steaming, take the leftover chicken stock and add ketchup, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, more pepper sauce, and orange juice to make the barbecue sauce.

Mix the barbecue sauce and let it come to a boil.

Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit using hickory pellets for a smoky flavor.

Once the grill is ready, place the chicken on the grill and start basting it.

Flip the chicken every 5 to 10 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of about 175-180 degrees Fahrenheit.

For extra char, place the chicken towards the hotter end of the grill towards the end of cooking.
