1 tbsp oil
2 crushed hari mirch
5-6 crushed lehsun cloves
1 inch crushed adrak
1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
1/2 tsp kali mirch
1/4 tsp haldi powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp frankie masala / chat masala
2 tbsp chopped dhaniya
6 boiled, peeled & mashed aloo
4 tbsp vinegar / sirca / nimbu ka ras
3 hari mirch
1 pinch salt
2/3 cup maida
1/3 cup atta
1 tsp salt
water to make dough
1/4 cup maida for rolling
5-6 tsp butter
4 chopped fine pyaaz
3 tbsp hari chutney
2 tbsp dhaniya
1 tsp chat masala

Heat oil in a pan and add crushed hari mirch, lehsun, and adrak. Saute until fragrant.

Add lal mirch powder, kali mirch, haldi powder, and salt. Mix well.

Stir in the mashed aloo and add frankie masala, chopped dhaniya, and mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, combine maida, atta, and salt. Gradually add water to form a dough.

Divide the dough into balls and roll out using maida for dusting.

Cook the rolled dough on a hot griddle until lightly browned on both sides.

Spread butter on the cooked roti, add the filling, and top with chopped pyaaz, hari chutney, dhaniya, and chat masala.

Optionally, add cheese and schezwan sauce before rolling up the frankie.
