3 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat flour (adjustment)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup plain curd
3 tbsp refined oil
1/2 cup warm milk
150 gm paneer, boiled and cubed
1/2 tsp salt
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 bowl coriander leaves, freshly chopped
few pinches of onion seeds
water as required
a generous splash of butter

Prepare the dough by mixing the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, plain curd, refined oil, and warm milk. Adjust with additional wheat flour as necessary.

Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest.

For the stuffing, combine boiled and cubed paneer, salt, green chilli, onion, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Roll out the dough into circles, place the stuffing in the center, and fold to seal.

Roll the stuffed dough gently to flatten it.

Before frying, sprinkle onion seeds on top.

Cook the naan on a hot skillet or pan until golden brown on both sides, adding water as needed to achieve desired texture.

Garnish with a splash of butter before serving.
