1 Cup or 90 grams Fresh, Grated Coconut
1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
5 Black Peppercorns
5-6 Garlic cloves
1 inch piece of Ginger
2 dry, red Bedgi Chillies
3 dry, red Kashmiri Chillies
A small lemon-sized ball of Tamarind
Water as needed for grinding to a paste
3 Tablespoons Oil
2 medium-sized Onions
2 Green chillies
1 medium-sized Tomato
Water to adjust consistency
4-5 Aambya Sol
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Fresh, finely chopped Coriander for garnish

Prepare the curry paste by grinding fresh grated coconut, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, garlic cloves, ginger, dry Bedgi chillies, dry Kashmiri chillies, and soaked tamarind with water to a paste.

Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.

Stir in slit green chillies and chopped tomato; cook until the tomato softens.
