1 lb prawns
2 green chilies
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
10 curry leaves
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut

Take the prawns and marinate them with green chili, coriander, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala powder.

Set the marinated prawns aside.
