Crush 100 g of pistachios very well and add extra virgin olive oil before crushing.

In a saucepan, add lots of extra virgin olive oil and 1 clove of finely chopped garlic; cook until the garlic becomes golden.

Add the prawns to the saucepan and cook until they become a little bit red.

Add the parsley and a little bit of salt, mixing and cooking until the prawns turn more red and a little bit orange.

Prepare the lemon glaze by cutting it into small pieces and set it aside.

Add the pistachio cream to the prawns and mix properly to coat each prawn with the cream.

Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the lemon glaze and cook until it becomes a little bit soft, waiting about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the pasta for about 4 minutes.

Once the pasta is ready, add it to the saucepan and mix well to coat the pasta with the pistachio cream.
