10 large prawns

200 g chorizo
5 chopped garlic cloves
half tbsp chili flakes
1 large cube of butter
1 teaspoon paprika powder
half tsp dark soy sauce
handful of chopped spring onion
2 tbsp water

Add 450 g of pasta to boiling water and add salt to taste.

Add 3 to 4 tbsp of oil to the pasta and mix well.

Allow the pasta to cook.

Take 10 large prawns, add salt to taste and half teaspoon of garlic paste, then mix well and marinate for about half an hour.

Check on the pasta; when ready, strain it and pour cold water over it to stop the cooking process.

Add some oil to the pasta to prevent sticking and gently toss it.

In a hot pan, add oil and fry the marinated prawns.

Add 200 g of chorizo to the pan and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add 5 chopped garlic cloves and half tbsp of chili flakes to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes.

Add 1 large cube of butter to the pan and mix until melted.

Add 1 teaspoon of paprika powder and mix well.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan along with half tsp of dark soy sauce and a handful of chopped spring onion; mix well.

Add salt to taste and about 2 tbsp of water; mix again.
