chopped capsicum-1 cup
chopped beans-1 cup
coriander leaves-1/2 cup
curry leaves-2 tbsp

Marinate prawns with salt and red chilly powder, keep aside for half an hour.

Heat a pan, add cooking oil.

When it gets heated, add marinated prawns and fry on a medium flame.

Do not fry for a long time.

Transfer the fried prawns to a plate and keep aside.

Remove excess oil from prawns, if any.

Boil required water in a pan.

Add salt, cooking oil and turmeric powder to it.

Add macaroni to the boiling water.

Cover and cook on a medium flame.

Then drain, pour plain water over it, flip well and keep aside.

Heat another pan, add prawns fried excess oil and cooking oil to it.

When oil gets heated, add onion to it.

Once it starts to brown, add crushed ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Saute till the raw smell goes off.

Add chopped tomatoes and again saute well.

Now add salt, all spices powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and saute well.

Add chopped carrot, beans and capsicum.

Cover and cook on a medium flame.

Add fried prawns and drained macaroni, mix well.

Cook covered for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.
