½ Cup Pottu Kadalai (Roasted Channa Dhal)
2 Onion
3 Green Chillies
Curry Leaves
1 TBSP Grated Coconut
4 Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
Coriander Leaves
½ TSP Turmeric Powder

Chop the onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped ingredients with the prawns, roasted channa dhal, grated coconut, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add the egg to the mixture and mix well to form a batter.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the oil.

Fry until the vadas are golden brown and cooked through, being careful not to over fry them.
