Prawn Vadai

½ tsp Salt
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves (finely chopped)
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
¾ tsp Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric
¾ Cup Coconut (grated)
Coconut Oil (for frying)
1 tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Mince the prawns and add all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
