250 gms paneer cubes
4 medium size ripe tomatoes chopped
250 gms green peas
1 medium size diced onion
1/2 tsp honey (optional but recommended)
2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin coriander powder (dhana jeera powder)
1 tsp kashmiri mirchi powder (optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
5-6 peppercorns
2-3 cloves
lots of butter

Heat the pan and add 2 cubes of butter.

As the butter melts, add in the whole spices and the onions.

Mix them well and let the onions change color.

Add ginger & garlic paste and the chopped tomatoes; sauté well.

Add all the spices: turmeric, red chilli, kashmiri red chilli, and dhana jeera powder.

Mix well, cover the pan, and let them cook until the tomatoes become really pulpy.

Once the tomato mixture cools down, grind it into a smooth curry.

In the same pan, add 1 cube of butter and the grinded tomato curry.

Stir slowly, as the curry starts to boil it may bubble out of the pan.

Add the green peas and paneer cubes.

Add salt to taste, cover the pan, and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

After the paneer and peas are cooked, open the pan and add 1/2 tsp of honey (optional).
