1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

2 green chilies

1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon coarsed coriander seeds
1/4 cup freshly chopped coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons anar dana (pomegranate seeds)

Prepare the stuffing by mixing paneer, boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, chili flakes, salt, cumin, coarsed coriander seeds, freshly chopped coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, and powdered anar dana in a bowl.

Add curd and some water to form a dough, kneading for 5-10 minutes.

Spread ghee or butter on the rolled dough and sprinkle dry flour, then roll it up from one corner.
