3

Add 0.5 sliced onion and sauté lightly without cooking too much.

4

Add 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons grated cucumber, 0.5 tomato, and some bell pepper; sauté briefly to keep the crunch.

5

Add 0.25 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon Maggi masala, and 0.25 teaspoon salt; sauté on medium to high flame.

6

Remove the stuffing and set aside.

7

Take 0.5 cup moong dal, washed and soaked for 2 hours, and add to a mixing jar.

8

Add 0.5 teaspoon cumin, 0.5 inch ginger, 1 green chili, 3 garlic cloves, and salt to taste; blend with 2 tablespoons water until smooth.

9

Add 2 more tablespoons water to the jar and mix to avoid waste.

10

Whisk the batter in one direction for a few seconds until the consistency is right.

11

Grease a small pan lightly with oil using a tissue.

12

Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it out; cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

15

When flipping the second sheet, add a little oil or ghee to prevent sticking.

18
