1 tbsp red chili powder

250 gm paneer

Add water to a cooker and place a pot inside.

Add 4 halved tomatoes, 1 big onion in pieces, and 3-4 pieces of beet to the pot.

Cook on medium heat until 1 whistle.

Blend the cooked ingredients into a smooth paste without adding water.

In a pan, melt 3-4 tsp of butter.

Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry for about a minute.

Add the blended gravy to the pan and cook until it releases oil.

Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 1 tbsp kitchen king masala and 1 tbsp red chili powder, mixing well.

Add salt to taste and a little water to adjust consistency.

Add 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi and 250 gm paneer, cooking for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
