Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Paneer - 140 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 20 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for fry
Water - 350 milliliters
Green peas - 100 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Tomato puree - 200 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - for garnishing

In a bowl, add 140 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 100 milliliters water and whisk it well. Keep aside.

On a board, place 140 grams paneer and grate them with the help of a food grater.

Transfer this into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 20 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour and mix it well.

Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan and shallow fry these until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.

Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

In a pan, add 350 milliliters water, 100 grams green peas and boil for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove it from heat.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and stir well.

Add 1 teaspoon green chili, 2 teaspoons ginger and stir well.

Add 200 grams tomato puree and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.

Add prepared yogurt mixture and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

Cover it with lid and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.

Open the lid and stir well.

Add 200 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.

Add boiled green peas and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Cover it with lid and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

Open the lid and stir well.

Add fried kofta and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon coriander and cook for 1 minute. Remove it from heat.

Garnish with coriander.
