1/2 tsp red chili powder

2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

In a mixing bowl, combine besan, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add water gradually to the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter.

Fold in the grated paneer, chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chilies into the batter.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a little oil.

Once the oil is hot, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
