In a bowl, combine 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup all-purpose flour.

Heat a tawa (griddle) on low flame and place the naan on it, applying water on the other side.

Flip the naan and place it upside down in a pressure cooker to cook for another 30-40 seconds.

To add a smoky flavor, place a piece of coal in a bowl, add ghee on top, and cover for 30-40 seconds.
