1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tbsp mustard oil
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp mint (chopped)
2 cups paneer (cubed)
1 large onion (cubed)
1 large red bell pepper (cubed)
1 large green bell pepper (cubed)

Stir in cubed paneer, cubed onion, and cubed bell peppers. Mix until well coated with the marinade.
