Mix 200 g chapati flour and 200 g plain flour with 0.5 teaspoon salt and water to form a soft dough.

Increase heat slightly and let cook for 1 minute before adding 220 g cubed paneer and 400-500 g drained black beans.

Add another 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper. Mix and cook for 5 minutes without adding water.

Prepare a salad with chopped cucumber, spring greens, fresh coriander, red chili, tomato, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.

Roll out the dough into wraps, cooking on a hot pan until pliable, not fully cooked.

Grate some cheddar cheese and mix with mayo and chili garlic chutney.
