Vegetable Frankie

1-2 tbsp Oil
1/2 Red Capsicum
1/2 Green Capsicum
1/2 Yellow Capsicum
3-4 Baby corns
1 bowl Green Cabbage
1/2 bowl Purple Cabbage
1/2 Tomato
1/2 bowl Ice berg
1 & 1/2 Raw Banana
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
2 tsp Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Ketchup
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
7-8 pieces Paneer
1/2 cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Maize flour
1/2 cup Maida
3 tbsp Curd
1/2 tsp Salt
Water as required

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped red, green, and yellow capsicum, baby corn, green cabbage, purple cabbage, tomato, and iceberg lettuce to the pan.

Stir-fry the vegetables until they are cooked.

Add raw banana, oregano, chilli flakes, green chillies, soya sauce, ketchup, and salt to the pan. Mix well.

Add chopped coriander leaves and paneer pieces to the mixture. Stir to combine.

For the dough, mix wheat flour, maize flour, maida, curd, and salt in a bowl.

Add water as required to form a dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into flat circles.

Fill each circle with the vegetable filling and fold to make a frankie.

Cook the frankies on a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
