1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp cornstarch (for dusting the koftas)
150 grams paneer (1/2 cup grated)
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 grated green chili
1/4 tsp grated ginger
salt (as per taste)
2 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
5-6 cashews
4 medium tomatoes
2 whole red chilies
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt (as per taste)
1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
2 inch piece of cinnamon stick
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 tbsp fresh cream (heavy cream)
1 tsp honey
