2 slit green chilies
1 spring curry leaves
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 soaked kokum
4 dry Kashmiri chillies
4 Byadagi
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbs poppy seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp ajwain
half an inch ginger
1 garlic
small half onion
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt

Toast the dry spices: Kashmiri chillies, Byadagi, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, poppy seeds, mustard seeds, ajwain, ginger, garlic, and onion.
