In a mixing bowl, pour mustard oil and add Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, thick fresh curd, garam masala, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds powder, and crushed kasuri methi.

Add the cut paneer, onions, and bell peppers to the marinade and mix well, avoiding tomatoes at this stage.

Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes after adding tomatoes and coriander leaves.

Insert the marinated veggies onto skewers, alternating between paneer, onion, and bell pepper, ensuring the paneer is centered on the skewer.

Preheat the AGARO Oven for 10 minutes at 180℃.

Place the prepared skewers in the oven and set the temperature to 180℃ for 15-20 minutes, cooking on both sides.
