3 tbsp water

1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste

4 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
Spring onion for garnish
Black sesame seeds for garnish
Sushi rice if you want to make a bowl

Dice the tofu (you can press the tofu before dicing but you can also skip this step to save time)

Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water

Mix the tofu with the cornstarch mixture, make sure each cube is coated.

Add the paprika powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste

Bake the tofu in neutral oil on medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Make sure you rotate the tofu a couple of times to bake each side.

While the tofu is baking you can mix the vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce. Start with 2 tbsp of sriracha, taste, and decide if you want to add the 3rd tablespoon.

When the tofu is ready, you can mix the tofu and the bang-bang sauce.

Serve as a side dish or with rice.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds and spring onion on top to garnish.
