2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
1 Cup Green Peas
1 Tablespoon Crushed Fenugreek Leaves
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
3 Cups Fresh Paneer

Add to 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon ghee, and 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds. Let the cumin seeds splatter.

Add 2 cups chopped onions and salt to taste. Saute for 7-8 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger paste and 1 tablespoon garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, and saute for 2 minutes.

Add 2 cups chopped tomatoes, add 1/2 cup water, mix ingredients. Add another 1/2 cup water. Cook until tomatoes are tender.

Add 1 cup chopped green pepper and 1 cup chopped red peppers. Mix well.

Add 1 cup green peas, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon crushed fenugreek leaves, 1 teaspoon garam masala, and 3 cups of fresh paneer. Incorporate the paneer well.
