2 Boiled potato

2 Onions chopped
1 cup Tomato chopped
4-5 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp Red chilli powder
3 Pieces Dry red chilli
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Cashews
1 tsp Kasoori methi

Soak cashew in warm water for 30 minutes.

Grate the potato. In it add grated paneer, grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli and pinch of salt and mix well.

Put one or two raisins in the center make small balls like grape shape from it. Prepare small balls from this mixture.

Roll over it into dry cornflour and deep fry. Keep aside.

In a pan add oil. Add garlic, ginger, 1 chopped onion, bay leaf and saute.

Once onions are translucent, add chopped tomato, dry red chilli and cook it well. Also add soaked cashews. Saute for 2 minutes.

Once it is done, take it to a mixer grinder jar and after cool down, grind to a smooth paste.

Strain the paste to get smooth paste.

In a pan add ghee.

Add cumin seeds. Now add 1 chopped onion and saute it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well. Once it is sauteed, add strained puree and cook it.

Now add salt to taste, sugar to balance the taste and kasoori methi. Cook it for 5 min and turn off gas.

Now add the kofta to the gravy while serving time only. Top it with some shredded cheese and serve with roti or paratha.
