1 cup pre-cooked onions
1 cup gel frzy mix
1 cup red bell peppers, sliced
1 cup green bell peppers, sliced
2 bullet chilies
1 cup base gravy
2 tablespoons bottled tamarind
1 tablespoon julienned ginger
1 cup red onion, sliced
1/2 cup freshly chopped coriander

Heat the base gravy in a pan.

Add ginger and garlic to the pan, stirring to combine.

Cook the ginger and garlic until the raw flavors are gone.
