Fennel Seeds – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Soaked Tamarind – 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves – 10 to 12
Clarified Butter – 3 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1 medium sized
Whisked Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp

Dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, and black pepper until fragrant.

Grind the roasted spices along with dried red chilies, Kashmiri dried red chilies, soaked tamarind, and garlic cloves to make a paste.
