1 tbsp kitchen king masala
1 tbsp sambar masala
1 tbsp red chilli powder
0.5 tsp garam masala

Dice 250 grams of paneer into small pieces.

Add salt, coriander leaves, 0.5 tsp coriander seeds powder, 0.5 tsp cumin seeds powder, and 0.5 tsp red chilli powder to the paneer and toss to mix.

Thread the paneer onto skewers and grill until the edges are slightly charred.

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter until melted.

Add 3 finely chopped onions and sauté until cooked well.

Stir in 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste and salt to taste.

Add 0.5 tsp of sugar and few coriander leaves to the onions.

Add 1 cup of tomato puree and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

Stir in 1 tsp coriander seeds powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds powder, 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp kitchen king masala, 1 tbsp sambar masala, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 0.5 tsp garam masala, and a bit of orange red food color.

Add some water to the gravy and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the grilled paneer pieces to the gravy and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

Garnish with few coriander leaves before serving.
