1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
2 green cardamom
1 piece cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi
10-12 cashews
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons cream
3/4 cup water

Cut 200 grams of paneer into large square pieces and place in a bowl.

Add chopped bell pepper and one medium-sized tomato (seeded and chopped) to the bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup thick yogurt with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon wheat flour, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon oil.

Mix the marinade well and coat the paneer, bell pepper, and tomato pieces thoroughly.

Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon oil.

Fry the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and tomato pieces on medium to high flame until they are slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes, and then remove them from the pan.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, 2 green cardamom, 1 piece of cinnamon stick, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and sauté.

Add 1 chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi, and some chopped cilantro and fry until fragrant.

Add 10-12 crushed cashews and roast them on low flame.

Pour in 4 tomato puree and mix well, then add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, and mix again.

Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates from the gravy.

Add the fried paneer, bell pepper, and tomato pieces into the gravy and mix well.

Add 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 3 tablespoons cream, and mix again.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
