2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup fresh coriander

Slice paneer into cubes.

Make the marinade with curds, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt. Mix well.

Coat the paneer cubes in the marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.
