2 tbsp besan / gram flour (roasted)
2 tsp oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ capsicum (cubed)
½ onion (petals)
14 cubes paneer
2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
½ inch cinnamon
2 pods cardamom
3 cloves
1 tsp cumin
2 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
2 cup tomato puree
1 cup water
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi (crushed)
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)

In a large bowl, combine curd, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, ajwain, salt, kasuri methi, besan, oil, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

Add capsicum, onion, and paneer cubes to the marinade. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After marinating, skewer the paneer and grill until golden brown.

In a large kadai, heat oil and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and cumin. Sauté until aromatic.

Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Sauté until onions are golden brown.

Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Sauté until aromatic.

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the sides.

Add the leftover marinade and cook on low flame, stirring continuously until oil separates.

Add water to adjust consistency and mix in the prepared paneer tikka.

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes to absorb flavors.

Finish with garam masala, crushed kasuri methi, and chopped coriander.
