Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 2Add mustard seeds and let them pop for a few seconds.
- 3Sauté chopped onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 4Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chili; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 5Add diced tomatoes and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- 6Mix in coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- 7Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 8Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
- 9Stir in curry leaves and cook for another minute.
- 10Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

- ●1 tsp cumin seeds
- ●1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- ●1 tsp red chili powder
- ●1 tsp coriander powder
- ●Salt to taste
- ●Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

- 10Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
