Add vinegar and water to curdle the milk.
Strain the curdled milk and wash it with cold water.
Squeeze well and hang for 1 hour.
Knead the curdled milk for 5-7 minutes to make chops.
In a pot, combine sugar and water, and let it boil.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, then strain and keep aside the leftover sugar syrup.
In another pot, boil milk powder with water for 5 minutes.
Add the chops to the milk powder mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
