Add soaked rice and gently mix to combine with the prawn mixture.
Pour in water (typically 1.5 times the volume of rice) and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked and water is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves before serving.
